Kremna rezina


    Bled cream cake  
    The puff pastry, vanilla and custard cream dessert that's popular in central-European countries is
    also the dessert to try in Bled, Slovenia. We tried this dessert at the restaurant in Bled Castle. The
    crispy puff pastry on the outside is light and airy and the cream inside is not too sweet. For me
    personally, there was way too much cream versus the puff pastry. I still think it's worth trying once
    if you're in Bled.
