    This was on top of my list while visiting Croatia. I've seen so many beautiful photos of this
    place and it did NOT disappoint in person. You probably would need at least one full day to see
    most of the upper and lower lakes. There were lots of tourists, including us to walk through
    narrow walkways from one lake to the next, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the beautiful
    scenery. Wish we had planned a couple of more days to just relax in a country side. The family
    who owned Apartment Kristina was extremely friendly and we would love to go back to stay with
    them again.

    Motovun
    A Medieval hilltop village in Istria region of Croatia, has a spectacular 360 view of the beautiful
    surrounding landscape. Truffles and wine are well known in this area so we devoured our dinner
    prepared with white truffles. Looking down from top made me feel so far removed from the rest of
    the world... Wish we had a couple of more days just enjoying the beautiful scenery, truffles and
    wine.
